Zipline “Flying in the Sky”

Trekking on Via Amerina
The “Via Amerina” took its name from the final destination, the umbrian town of Ameria. Here we can hike surrounded by the amazing landscape of an intact necropolis - in use from the III century BC until the III AD - where all forms of burial are visible.
Tivoli
Three major villas are located here: the ancient Hadrian’s villa, the Renaissance Villa d’Este with spectacular fountains and the less known Villa Gregoriana where you can hike next to a legendary waterfall. The Park of the Etruscans
A horseback ride across the Marturanum park, a wild reserve near Barbarano Romano, allows us to reach the Etruscan urban excavations in San Giovenale and some interesting burial places nearby.

Subiaco
In the V century young Benedict spent three years as a hermit here. Traces can still be found in the Monastery of St. Benedict. The splendid Aniene Valley surrounds you and for book lovers there is the opportunity to visit an important library where the first Italian printing press was installed in 1464.

Ninfa
This little town is famous for its English style garden created in 1921 and considered one of the most romantic gardens in the world thanks to the presence of medieval ruins, watercourses and a luxuriant vegetation. In the area you can also visit the archeological site of Norma and the medieval town of Sermoneta.
Mount Soratte
Mount Soratte was chosen by Mussolini to build a huge war shelter for the Italian Government, but it ended up been used by the occupant Nazi army! During the "cold war" it was turned into an advanced fallout shelter. Finally in 2001 the local municipality was returned this area and it is now open to the public.
Montecassino
Bordering the National Park of Abruzzi, this area is probably one of the most authentic and non-touristy you can still find in Central Italy on the way south from Rome to Naples, Pompeii and the Amalfi coast. Abbeys, mountains, genuine food experiences will make you plunge in the core of Italian traditions.
Marmore Waterfalls
One of the tallest waterfalls in Europe (165 mt) in the luxuriant Valnerina, a valley in the Umbria region. This natural wonder is a good excuse to escape the heat and crowds of the city and enjoy a bit of cool wildness while experiencing rafting or canyoning, for instance.
Civita di Bagnoregio
Civita di Bagnoregio is known as “the dying town” for the process of erosion that is slowly but relentlessly erasing this ancient Etruscan site and later medieval village. A scenic bridge connects the main residential area of Bagnoregio to the “Civita” where you are surrounded by the ravins, the local “calanchi”
Cerveteri
The Etruscan town of Caere is still a fascinating borgo boasting one of the most famous and charming necropolis of the ancient world. From here you can easily reach the port of Civitavecchia, several beaches and thermal complexes, practice hiking or enjoy a horse ride.
